Maggie and Cooper

This is Maggie and Cooper, Maggie is my little girl and I decided to let her have some fun in the world of breeding. Cooper is the stud and belongs to my wife's co-worker. Cooper is a dapple and he was really fun to have around the house although he thought everything was his and wanted to mark everything.

In Decemember Maggie gave birth to two puppies. We gave the female to Cooper's owner and we kept the male. His name is Sherman "the tank", he really growing fast now.


Fastforward to present day... Maggie went into heat last month and we got another stud over to breed with her. He is one of Coopers pups named "Shorts". He was calm and easy going. For awhile I didn't think the two would connect, he just wasn't interested. Maggie was throwing herself at him, she even humped him and he just didn't know what to do. Finally in the last two days at the house, instinct took over and he came through like a champ.

Now the waiting game...
